Take charge of large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. This is a primarily office-based role with 15-30% travel to job sites for oversight and coordination.Key Responsibilities:Oversee project execution, keeping a close eye on budgets, timelines, and deliverables.Develop and provide scopes of work, cost estimates, project drawings, and schedules to customers.Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to maintain workflow and project efficiency.Manage procurement and logistics for tools, materials, and equipment.Track progress, budgets, workforce hours, and key milestones, preparing detailed reports.Serve as the main point of contact for project owners, proactively addressing concerns and providing updates.Ensure all work aligns with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Mechanical Engineering.4-7 years of experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Project required; experience with Procore, AutoCAD, and P&ID is a plus.Skills & Expertise:Ability to interpret P&IDs and engineering drawings.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Sharp analytical skills to manage project logistics and financials effectively.Travel Requirements:Valid driver's license required.15-30% travel for site visits and project oversight.
