RightPro Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing new clients and expanding current client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in healthcare staffing sales and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.Key **Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue goalsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizationsExpand and deepen relationships with current clients, including identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upsellingWork closely with recruiting teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectivesMonitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay informed of market developments and adjust sales strategies as neededPrepare and present regular sales reports to senior management**Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in healthcare staffing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targetsStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve their full potentialExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies and decision-makingStrong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clientsDeep understanding of the healthcare staffing industry and market trends
