A family-owned business, beginning 35 years ago, DCS has grown to six locations in Texas (Carrollton, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Buda, and Round Rock) by priding itself on customer service, product knowledge, and continuing to maintain strong relationships within the industry. Role *This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Fort Worth, TX. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, manage inventory, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth functioning of all store operations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for training staff, driving sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction while continuing to work towards sales goals set by management. The Branch Manager will work in conjunction with other DCS branches and their teams managing inventory transfers, customer information, and product knowledge. Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends as far as new products, pricing fluctuation, and upcoming projects is key. The role requires someone who is motivated to help continue the growth of the DCS brand, customer base, and product offerings moving forward and is interested in long term growth with the company.
