Position OverviewUltimate Staffing is actively seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join a privately owned insurance agency in the Glendale, CA area. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity, providing the chance to transition into a permanent role with the agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of commercial lines accounts, ensuring high-quality client service, and maintaining accurate documentation.ResponsibilitiesManage client communications and nurture key relationships with policyholders.Track and maintain all necessary documentation in secured systems.Assist clients in understanding their coverage and address any inquiries or concerns.Work closely with the insurance agency producer and carrier underwriters to provide timely and professional day-to-day client service.Ensure all relevant data is properly tracked and updated in secured systems.Contribute to a positive client experience by maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all interactions.Qualifications3-5 years of insurance industry experience related to servicing commercial accounts.Property and Casualty license required.Experience with AMS360 software is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.Required Work HoursThe position requires working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.SalaryThe pay range for this position is $25-$30 per hour.If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply directly to this job posting for consideration.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
