Position: Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Dublin, VADuration: ContractSchedule: Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm ESTHybrid schedule (Monday - Wednesday in office, Thursday-Friday remote) Core ResponsibilitiesMonitoring the booking, pickup, transport, and delivery of material through the ATLAS transport management systemReacting & resolving swiftly to all issues that arise within the transport network, from a carrier, supplier or a customerSwift & accurate communication to all inquiries/requests coming into the Customer Service TeamRecord and analyze deviations to our transport process to include proactive suggested preventative actionsWorking with a mindset of "Continuous Improvements" at all timesRequired CompetenciesAction oriented: Full of energy for challenges, takes a proactive approach to problem solvingCustomer focus: Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and colleagues and gains their trust and respectIntegrity and trust: Seen as a direct, truthful individual who presents facts in an appropriate and helpful manner, keeps confidences and admits mistakes. Self-directed with the ability to adjust in a dynamic environment.Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with strong demonstration of previous customer service experienceMinimum QualificationsBS degree in Logistics or Business preferred or equivalent relevant experienceLogistics and/or transportation experienceProficient experience in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelDemonstrated experience working effectively in a high stress, cross functional team environmentDemonstrated ability to multi-task, handle multiple tasks, projects and conflicting priorities efficiently, appropriately and productivelyPhysical Requirements: The ability to remain in a stationary position roughly 80% of the time, working at a computer. Additionally, the ability to move about the office occasionally (accessing files/storage, office equipment, computers and other office productivity devices, attending meetings, etc.), is required.
