Project Manager -Land Planner

Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a fantastic, Commercial Site Design company who is hiring for a Project Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, working a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage commercial development projects, develop project plans and effectively collaborates with both the team and customers.ResponsibilitiesManages and guides commercial development through the site development and civil engineering processes.Oversees multiple projects, successfully managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.Develops project plans including risk identification, scheduling, developing alternatives as well as allotting and evaluating resources.Communicates regularly with team and customers on status of project.Identifies and solves projects challenges with team members.RequirementsCollege degree in Civil Engineering or related field.2 to 5 years of Land Planning and/or Civil Engineering experience.Skilled in managing and guiding commercial developments thought the site development and civil engineering processes.Direct experience working with city officials, guiding projects through the permitting and review process.Excellent Communication, Writing, and Presentation skills.
