We are hiring for one of our clients, who is one of the leading tire manufacturersWho You Are...Your previous experience in passenger, light truck, truck tires sales have provided you with a strong foundation in customer satisfaction, closing, and sales tracking. You're already familiar with the key players in the Mid West / Northeast and how they like to work. You have strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with collaborators, and marketing know-how. You have knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and are comfortable using CRM applications. By analyzing new market trends, you will discover new areas for growth and the potential for increasing existing customer loyalty and new sales. Experience selling multiple product categories including OTR, AG and IND is advantageous.strong foundation in customer satisfaction, closing, and sales tracking.You're already familiar with the key players in your region and how they like to work. You have strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with collaborators, and marketing know-how.You excel at selling value over price and understand how to manage a complex sale.You have knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and are comfortable with most computer applications.At least 5+ years as a manufacturer representative of a tire manufacturer is a key requirement.Experience selling PCR/LTR, and TBR is preferredAssist in creating and implementing sales and marketing programs with territory dealer baseNurture customer-centric vision and communicate Tires best-in-class customer experienceIntegrity and trust in both action and thoughtQualifications:BS/BA Degree preferred8-10 years of strong sales and management experience in the tire industry with existing business contacts in the territoryDemonstrated success to grow sales in major tire distributors and retail accounts.2+ years outside sales and territory management experience.Ability to nurture and build existing client relationships using professional selling skills and strategic selling techniques.Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and motivated to actively support overall business development efforts through all available selling tools;Market Data Collection, including pricing data, size and fitment information, competitive intelligence, etc.Travel - 50% +/-Job Type: Full-timePlease submit résumé, cover letter and salary requirements.
