The firm offers an all-inclusive managed service program that ensures maximum traffic and conversions across all digital channels. Utilizing best-in-class technology, branding, print, traditional ad campaigns, and content creation, they transform eCommerce for hotels, resorts, and destinations. This role is ideal for a seasoned hospitality professional who understands the interplay between marketing, revenue management, and guest acquisition.Responsibilities• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor for hotel clients, ensuring their marketing and revenue goals align with their business objectives.• Maintain a deep understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and distribution strategies, enabling proactive and informed recommendations.• Lead all client meetings and executive presentations, including performance reporting, strategy sessions, media planning, and growth opportunities.•Leverage best practices in digital marketing, paid media, SEO, and web strategy to drive measurable success for hotel clients.• Analyze property performance data and competitive market trends to provide data-driven recommendations for increasing direct bookings and optimizing ROI.•Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients, driving revenue growth for both the client and firm•Collaborate with the Director of Business Strategy to nurture relationships and guide prospects through the sales funnel. • Strengthen relationships with hotel management companies, ownership groups, and independent properties, identifying opportunities to onboard additional hotels.Qualifications•10 + years of experience in hospitality marketing, revenue management, or hotel digital strategy.• Proven experience managing relationships with hotel brands, management companies, or ownership groups at a senior level.• Deep expertise in hotel performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, CPOR) and their connection to digital marketing strategies.• Strong knowledge of hospitality-specific media platforms, including Meta Search, Google Ads, Expedia Travel Ads, and TripAdvisor Sponsored Placements.• Ability to analyze property performance, market data, and digital campaign results to drive strategic decision-making.• Professional presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering insights to executive stakeholders.• Experience working with luxury, boutique, independent, or branded hotels is highly preferred.
