Houston, TexasLouisiana AND/OR Texas Professional EngineerJob SummarySeeking a Piping Stress Engineer with 10-15 + years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Midstream facilities, specializing in pipe stress analysis, equipment nozzle stress resolution, and piping support design. Responsibilities include reviewing stress models, PE stamping IFC documents for Louisiana and Texas, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders. Strong expertise in CAESAR software, API/ASME standards, and piping codes is required.Job DescriptionUse pipe stress software CAESAR, Review pipe stress isometric calcs & force resultants. Develop solutions for overstress conditions, resolve pipe support stress issues, resolve equipment nozzle stress issues with Remotely located engineering design team and client team.Review the Piping Stress model and relevant deliverables per client standard requirements during design phase and PE Stamp the IFC documents per Louisiana and Texas professional board requirementsInterface and coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines to meet project design requirements and effectively manage the internal flow of data and design changesCoordination with all stakeholders incl.
