The Client:With over 80 years of industry experience, our client is a leading General Contractor in the South Florida construction market. They have a proven track record of success and have played a key role in shaping the skyline and driving economic growth in the region.The Projects:Our client manages a diverse portfolio, including multifamily apartments, mixed-use developments, airports, schools, hotels, and more. They are currently preparing for four mid-to-high-rise multifamily projects valued between $80M and $250M.The Role:To support their continued growth, our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to leadthese upcoming projects. The role is based in Coral Gables, with regular site visits across Miami. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and a proactive, results-driven mindset.What's in it for you?In exchange, our client offering a salary ranging from $130K to $170K, along with bonuses, 100% healthcare coverage, 401K, and 2 weeks of PTO (increasing to 4 weeks after 5 years).
