Director of Land Development - HomebuildingWe're looking for a Director of Land Development to lead residential subdivision projects from start to finish. This includes managing everything from permit approvals to construction, plat recording, final certification, and community turnover.Key responsibilities:Oversee all field operations, including grading, utilities, paving, sidewalks, landscaping, and amenities.Ensure compliance with post-construction requirements, including as-builts and certifications.Manage HOA responsibilities, such as quarterly meetings, budgets, and improvements to common spaces.Coordinate with local municipalities and regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.Ensure compliance with all post-construction requirements, including as-builts, certifications, and final inspections.Oversee HOA responsibilities, including quarterly meetings, budget analysis, and enhancements to common areas.Identify and resolve development challenges to maintain project timelines and quality standards.Work closely with internal teams, including acquisition, construction, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.The ideal candidate has experience in land development, construction management, and community operations.
