Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our team, a leading commercial general contracting firm. The ideal candidate will work closely with all team members to ensure successful project delivery from inception to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesOver see all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.Create, update, and maintain project controls tracking cost, schedule, changes, submittals, and quality controlOrganize and document project meetings, preparing accurate minutes and action itemsCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely project completionAssist in procurement processes, including soliciting vendor pricing and recommending contract awardsReview and coordinate shop drawings, submittals, and other project-related documentsAssist in the project close-out process to ensure timely completionConduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and qualityServe as a liaison between project management and team members, conveying important updates and gathering feedbackPrepare project status reports and assist in creating project proposalsParticipate in weekly staff meetings and project-related discussionsQualificationsBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably as a Project ManagerStrong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and industry standardsProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsHealth Insurance401(k) matchingPaid time offDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance Please apply by sending your resume to careers@
