Construction Project Manager

We are a family-owned business specializing in land development and construction with empasis on land development. With our founder retiring, were seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Team Leader in Redondo Beach, CA.This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing project acquisition, management, inspection, and daily logistics for all company projects.The ideal candidate will possess:* Skill Set: Project management, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills.* Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the construction process, cost assessment, and project feasibility.* Network: Established relationships with subcontractors.* Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with local zoning laws, permits, and regulations.Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and have a bachelors degree in engineering, a Contractor License, or equivalent field experience. Proficiency in basic bookkeeping with modern software is also required.
