The Org Transformation team partners across HR, Legal, Finance, Tech, and Business teams to provide operational support to successfully execute people-related change programs. We develop processes and frameworks that establish a consistent, compliant, and employee centric approach that ensures employee transitions are managed with the utmost respect and care. As the Project Manager for Organizational Transformation, you will be responsible for partnering with project teams to lead the execution of transformation projects and ensure timely delivery and identification of risks. This is a temporary 6-month assignment.Responsibilities of the Organizational Transformation (OT) Project Manager: Assess global capacity for project and partner with teams to set expectations accordingly Maintain transformation project artifacts and workflows, clearly identifying roles, responsibilities, and interdependencies Ensure timely delivery of projects and identification of risks/roadblocks Ensure awareness and transparency of in-flight projects to program leads and partners Maintain overall status of active/in-flight projects, all up view of active work, and provide regular status updates to internal project teams and Org Transformation Team Ensure project data is complete and assist with data audit and validation Accountable for the overall success of project implementations Investigate operational issues and escalations Maintain document repository for standard files associated with org transformation projects Qualifications of the Organizational Transformation (OT) Project Manager:A minimum of 5+ years of project management experience Experience with HR support a plus Proven experience in project management and/or organizational change implementation in complex, global environment Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Skilled at orchestrating input across multiple stakeholders Proven ability to collaborate and influence across multiple partner groups Collaborative mindset Please note contractors are engaged to provide services to Expedia Group on a temporary basis in connection with a specific assignment.
