Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) Kansas City (Hybrid)$110k-$130k + Bonus + Excellent BenefitsWe are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design HVAC systems in ground-up and retrofit situations, support decarbonization planning and design, and develop facility improvement projects within our fully integrated team.Our in-house engineers are responsible for designing MEP projects which are also implemented and commissioned by us, ensuring the highest level of quality and control throughout all phases of the project. As an engineer on our projects, you will have the opportunity to directly support your designs as they are built, and because we aren't consulting engineers, our focus is always on quality, not billable hours.This candidate will have the opportunity to train under some of the best engineers in the country to become an expert in designing systems to make buildings healthier, safer, and more energy efficient. Our clients include data centers, international pharmaceutical manufacturers, state governments, counties, and major universities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and engineer MEP systems, performing load calculations and system analysisDesign HVAC solutions using Revit & AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with codes and standardsCoordinate with architects, vendors, and contractors to optimize project outcomesSupport energy audits and facility studies to identify efficiency opportunitiesCollaborate with our in-house estimating and construction teams for seamless executionWhat youll bring3-7+ years of mechanical design experience for building systemsBachelors in Mechanical Engineering (PE license or on track preferred)Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, energy efficiency, and controlsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BluebeamExcellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsThis is your chance to work alongside some of the best engineers in the country while making a real impact.
