Due to the continued growth and expansion of our business, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Contract Administrator based in our Houston, Texas office. The Administrator will work with our Houston, Texas office team.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the **Contract ** Prepare, negotiate, and review contracts related to EPC and construction projects. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Risk ***** Identify potential risks in contracts and propose solutions to mitigate them. Contract ***** Advise on contract terms to improve financial and operational outcomes. ***** Work closely with legal, compliance, and project management teams to align contracts with organizational goals. Record ***** Maintain organized systems for physical and digital contract records. Qualifications and *****Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related role. Strong understanding of legal and contractual language specific to EPC projects. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable commercial terms. Familiarity with industry standards and legislative changes affecting contracts. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a willingness to embrace technology-based solutionsIn-depth knowledge of EPC and construction contracts within the energy, industrials, or Oil & Gas sectors. Experience working in one or more service areas such as mechanical services, electrical services, soft craft services, general construction, or engineering services. Experience with Contract CLM's or other technology-based contract management or review programs is preferred, but not essentialStrong business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Compensation & BenefitsTaurus offers a competitive compensation program that considers the applicant's experience and capabilities, including access to medical benefits, vacation and 401k.
