An international manufacturer in Memphis, TN is seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer to support their operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, and have experience with powering electrical systems and configuring hardware for different applications.This is a full time and direct hire position with an excellent benefits package.Electrical Controls Engineer Responsibilities **Power up electrical systems with different hardware configurations, depending on client needsRead mechanical drawings and understand their electrical requirementsCreate specifications for graphical user interface (GUI) based on client requirementsSupervise control system construction and installationOccasionally travel to customer sites facilities following installation for modifications and troubleshooting of systemsElectrical Controls Engineer **Bachelor's degree (B.S) in Electrical or similar related field3+ years of experience with automotive conveyorsProgramming Logic Controllers (PLC)Ability to travel up to 20%Ability to read mechanical drawingsAble to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed for project deadlinesDirect applicants only.
