We do collaborate often so ET is highly preferable.COMPENSATION$40-55 an hour, based on experience.REQUIRED TACTICAL SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONSDesign ProficiencyWell-versed in Adobe Creative CloudCan confidently design a variety of digital pieces, including: email, web ads, social media, ebooks, lead generation pieces, and presentationsCan confidently design websites within Adobe XD and export assets for WordPress buildComfortable retouching and sizing photography for websitesWordPress ProficiencyExperience in installing, setting up, building, and managing WordPress, specifically the Avada themeSkilled in theme customization and plugin integrationCan build out WordPress pages according to static designs and supplied contentFamiliarity with WordPress content management capabilitiesAssist with web maintenance site reviews and updates (i.e. content, images, new posts, pop-ups) as neededWeb Development FundamentalsProficiency in HTML and CSS for structuring and styling web contentBasic knowledge of JavaScript for interactive elementsAssumed familiarity with PHPDomain ManagementKnowledge of domain registration, DNS management, and configuring domain settingsUnderstanding how to point a domain to a web hosting service and set up subdomains or redirects as neededAPPLICANT REQUIREMENTSPersonable and easy to communicate withStrong proofreading and editing skillsExcellent attention to detailThinks like a problem-solver, not an order-takerDesire and ability to work and communicate in a highly collaborative, inclusive team environmentProficiency in managing multiple tasks or projects efficiently and can help set realistic expectations for larger timelinesThe ability to troubleshoot common issues independently is crucial.
