This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Project Manager position, with hands-on experience managing small to medium-scale refrigeration construction projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring on-time delivery, on-budget completion, and adherence to safety and quality standards. In the first 6 months, you will receive guidance from a Senior Project Manager to gain the skills necessary to advance into a Project Manager role. This position provides room for growth, with potential career paths to senior project management, service management, engineering management, or production management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage small to medium-scale refrigeration projects from award to commissioning and final punch list completionEnsure safe worksite practices and maintain communication with building owners and contractorsDevelop and manage project schedules to meet contractor timelinesTrack materials, staffing, and vendor relationshipsCreate and maintain lasting relationships with vendors (national and local)Oversee the scope management of projects and ensure cost controlsAssist in engineering design reviews and ensure timely completion of procurement needsPerform other duties as necessary to ensure project successAbout the CompanyOur client is a premier custom design-build contractor specializing in industrial refrigeration systems.
