Compensation$45-$50 Hourly Housing ProvidedEmployment TypeFull-Time On-SiteJob Description of EHS CoordinatorAn immediate need for an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager specializing in construction in Fargo, ND. The EHS professional will work directly for the construction manager overseeing work on a large civil job. Duties will include but are not limited to:Assist with the Environmental, Health and Safety compliance for the projectConduct documented daily EHS inspectionsDeliver site specific project EHS orientationEnsure workers are adhering to all EHS rulesAttend and participate in the daily Pre-Task Plans (PTPs)Make certain workers are appropriately trained for their required tasksDeliver various EHS training modulesProvide expert technical consultation and guidance to the operations teamInvestigate incidents to determine root cause and develop corrective and preventative actionsWork closely with the project leadership team to assist with facilitating an injury free workplaceCollect and analyze leading and lagging indicators to determine trends and put actions into place to address concernsPartner with trade contractor EHS professionals and participate in the project EHS leadership teamAct as liaison with the client's risk management teamAssist in managing a positive reinforcement programMinimum Requirements5+ years of experience in EHS specializing in constructionOSHA 30 hourComputer knowledge and efficiency, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office productsBCSP Certified - CHSTPreferred Education/CertificationBS/MS in a related fieldOSHA 500/510ASP/GSP/CSP/CHST/STSC
