Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis position requires a focus on quality and efficiency while executing various operational tasks in compliance with office policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Order & Load Management: Creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads, booking and bouncing loads, and executing load builder profiles.Scheduling & Tracking: Scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, and updating or resolving shipment events.Financial & Payment Processing: Invoicing, updating financial records, handling carrier payments (T-cheks), rejecting or canceling orders.Communication & Coordination: Monitoring task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests.Documenting events based on SOPs and experience, following escalation procedures when necessary.Ensuring customer and carrier satisfaction by following through on requests or escalating issues as needed.Data Accuracy & Compliance: Validating and ensuring accuracy of load data in company systems according to C.H.
