This team will collaborate closely with NVIDIA to drive innovation, combining Hitachi's domain expertise in operational technology (OT) with cutting-edge AI technologies. Join us in shaping the future of AI-driven digital transformation!The RoleYou will:Be responsible for the design and development of information technology architecture for internal and/or external clients.Serve as a technical expert on solutions design, development, and implementation requirements to address business needs.Analyze the functionality and constraints of recommended solutions/changes across multiple systems/platforms/applications.Ensure compatibility, interoperability, stability, and usability of solution architecture.Require broad and deep technical knowledge and experience across varying infrastructure requirements, development, design, and re-engineering.What You'll BringBS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or other Engineering fields or equivalent experience.5+ years of Solution Engineering experience.Experience in customer-facing roles as well as the ability to scope projects and estimate required effort to build end-to-end applications.Industry-Specific KnowledgeKnowledge of NVIDIA Omniverse and AI platforms including Kit SDK, Isaac Sim, NeMo framework.Domain expertise in either automotive, manufacturing engineering, robotics, or mechanical engineering industry workflows, including product data management (PDM) solutions.Technical ExpertiseExperience writing plug-ins for DCC tools and scripting knowledge in the 3D interactive domain, including understanding of Universal Scene Description, MDL (Material Definition Language), and physics.Strong proficiency in either Python or C++, with experience in both languages.Proven track record of developing enterprise software systems or engine features within 3D real-time interactive DCC tools (Unity, Unreal Engine, Maya) or CAD and BIM software (Revit, NX, Microstation etc.) or simulation and modeling applications (Discrete event simulation: Process Simulate, Plant Simulate, Visual Components, Isaac Sim, etc.).DevOps and experience in developing software in hybrid cloud environments (Cloud, hybrid and on-prem).Passion for working with data manipulation and translation skills around 3D geometry, animation, and materials into code.As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is:Tier One location (including New York City and California Bay area) $155,400 - $222,000The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area.
