We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Envelope Consultant to join our clients team in Portland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building science, architecture, or engineering, with a focus on building envelope systems. You will be responsible for providing expert consultation, conducting assessments, and managing projects to ensure the integrity and performance of building envelopes.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of building envelope systems.Develop detailed designs and specifications for new construction and retrofit projects.Perform testing and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of materials and systems.Provide expert advice and consultation to clients, architects, and construction teams.Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet specifications, budgets, and timelines.Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation.Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.Professional certification (e.g., BETC, BEC, EP) is highly desirable.Minimum of 2 years of experience in building envelope consulting or a related field.Strong knowledge of building science principles, materials, and construction methods.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are interested, please dont hesitate to apply.
