Job Summary:Our client is seeking a IT Solutions Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Minneapolis, and will be responsible for incident management, assessing business impact, and prioritizing incidents.Duties:Serve as a liaison between technical support teams and business stakeholdersEnsure incidents are logged and managed within the ServiceNow systemMonitor dashboards to track incidents in real time and assess priority levelsManage system enhancements and process improvements to optimize performanceCollaborate with teams to implement and refine system workflowsPrepare and coordinate necessary system changes, ensuring proper documentationFacilitate daily stand-ups and troubleshooting sessionsWork closely with external vendors responsible for application supportCoordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical and business-related issuesTrack and analyze incidents, trends, and system performance using ExcelCreate and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendationsOversee business and technical ticket management, ensuring timely resolutionAddress issues related to job events, reporting errors, data inconsistencies, and system failuresSupport processes related to field operations, including meter installations and interface troubleshootingDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree required5+ years of experience managing incidents and system enhancementsStrong problem-solving skills with experience in system troubleshootingExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in ServiceNow (ITSM)SAP ISU experience preferredProficient in MS Office Suite.Benefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered$25.20 - $36.00 (est. hourly)
