Our client, a leading company in Orange County, CA is seeking a talented PM to spearhead the development of their loyalty mobile app.Start: ASAPDuration: Long-term, 6-12+ months with the potential to extend or convertLocation: Onsite in Anaheim, CARate: Qualified PMs are expected to start at $85/hr W2 - or higher DOE - plus benefitsAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our growing PMO team and lead the development and implementation of our new loyalty mobile app. This is a fast-paced environment, requiring an exceptional PM who can quickly grasp the project scope and deliver results.The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong digital background. They will be comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders, and possess the ability to think strategically and execute effectively. A passion for leading a team in creating engaging customer experiences is essential.Responsibilities:Manage the scope and schedule for the loyalty mobile app project across the client ecosystem, ensuring on time delivery.Conduct business consulting and ideation to define the scope of the loyalty app and identify desired features.Partner with general managers of different business units to align loyalty programs with their respective marketing strategies and target audiences.Develop and implement a scalable framework for loyalty programs that resonate with diverse audiencesEvaluate and select vendors, ensuring the chosen technology meets our needs for scalability and future expansion across multiple venues within the ecosystemCollaborate with the cross functional teams and 3rd party project vendor to define requirements, implement and test the mobile app.Oversee the testing of app features and functionalities, A/B testing different experiences to optimize customer engagement.Manage project schedules, communications and stakeholder expectations.Utilize structured Agile project management methodologies and toolsCreate and maintain a roadmap of features, prioritizing initial launch items for a viable product and downstream development of features and enhancements.Qualifications:5+ years of project management experience in the marketing and app development domainStrong understanding of loyalty programs and customer journey mapping.Experience with vendor selection and management.Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Agile project management experience.PMP and Scrum Master certifications are a plus.Please Apply today!
