Must have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment (biotech/pharma experience is a plus but not required).Strong expertise in sourcing, talent pipeline development, and networking.Proficiency in behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing strategies.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both verbal and written).A team player with a problem-solving mindset, high motivation, and a sense of urgency.
