This role will include both light travel and remote work locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, upgrades, and migration projects. Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant Job Responsibilities:Project experience as an Implementation Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud projectsProvide subject matter expertise in HCM Cloud ApplicationsEngage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirementsResearch and analyze existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; articulate modification risks and barriers; recommending project approachesConduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutionsAbility to configure modules such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Talent or Learning modulesDevelop testing scenarios, test scripts and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testingConduct system cutoverProvide functional review of integrations, data mapping, data analysis, and data migration supportGuide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle Recruiting CloudManage a project successfully; yourself, onshore and offshore team, and the clientOracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant Job Requirements:Effective written and verbal communications a must, with presentation experienceExcellent time management and organizational skillsAble to engage in HCM best practices and storytellingHands on project experience in at least two Full Life Cycle implementations in Oracle HCM products; from planning to configuration through go-liveOrganized and detailed orientedImpeccable communication and follow-upFlexible work location possible with company approval, excluding remote work from Colorado or New York City.
