Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Data & Analytics Risk Analyst to support the EDAS Risk Program. This role involves identifying and mitigating risks, developing operational controls, managing regulatory exams, and ensuring compliance with data governance policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development, documentation, tracking, and execution of risk-related tasks within the EDAS Governance team.Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to communicate risk issues and collaborate on solutions.Develop and implement risk controls and assist stakeholders in documenting operational procedures.Support regulatory exam management, audit processes, and risk remediation efforts.Provide insights and guidance on compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and organizational policies.Prepare detailed status reports and presentations for senior leadership and risk committees.Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal risk and business partners.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Data Governance, Finance, or related field.4-6 years of experience in risk management, governance, or a related domain.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in project management and risk assessment.Self-motivated with strong accountability and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Risk and controls experience, including regulatory risk assessments.Data & Analytics Risk Governance expertise.Experience in developing policies, controls, and compliance strategies.Ability to influence stakeholders and drive risk-awareness initiatives.Proficiency in creating executive-level reports and presentations.Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.Primary Skills:Risk Management & ComplianceData Governance & Analytics RiskRegulatory & Audit ManagementProject Management & Stakeholder EngagementAnalytical Thinking & Problem-SolvingThis role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to risk governance and compliance in a data-driven environment.
