Director of Operations

LaSalle Network is partnering with a DC-based, PE-backed consulting firm. Our client is in search of a Director of Operations. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic vision through operational improvements, implementation of new processes and management of day-to-day business activities.Director of OperationsResponsibilities:Development and execution of continuous improvement and efficiency-focused plans to drive towards 15%+ Revenue growth Build and execute upon a predictable, measurable and repeatable revenue growth and playbook across the businessOversee the day-to-day operations of all business functions at the company including pricing strategy, customer/employee retention, contract capture and business development and team growthOversee the finance and accounting function to ensure timely monthly financial close, accurate KPI reporting and other regulatory requirements (this role will directly manage a Sr. Accountant)Be a people-leader for our clients organization and empower the right individuals to grow and lead within their companyEffectively manage relationships with various stakeholdersLives in or is willing to relocate to greater DC areaDirector of OperationsRequirements:3+ years of experience in private-equity, consulting, operations or strategy rolesBachelors degree required, MBA preferredOperator who enjoys problem solvingFinancial acuity; firm understanding of how to read and analyze a P&LEnthusiasm to continue to scale an organizationEnergized by a high-growth environment and opportunity for increased responsibilityComfortable with ambiguityAbility to communicate complex information at varying levels of detailSpirit of continuous improvement to implement new processes If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the qualifications, please apply today!
