Business Systems/Data Analyst- Finance Systems Length: 6 month contract to hireLocation: 3 days/week onsite on East side of Twin Citiesay range: The hourly pay rate range for this position is $52.20-$70.23, dependent on qualifications and experience.Hollstadt offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, paid sick leave, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.Overview:Looking for a Business Systems/Data Analyst with a strong grasp of system and data integration, particularly someone who understands how different systems interact, ensures seamless data flow, and optimizes integration processes"”who also has exposure to financial applications. Technical Skillset & ExperienceData Troubleshooting & Analysis - The candidate should be able to investigate data issues, identify discrepancies, and understand how to diagnose failures in data flow.Database Knowledge - Strong ability to query and analyze data (e.g., SQL) to validate and troubleshoot issues.System Integration Expertise - Understanding of how data moves between systems, particularly between ERP and financial applications.API & Data Flow Troubleshooting - Ability to detect failures in APIs or system integrations and determine the source of errors.Experience with Integration Tools - Preferably MuleSoft or Informatica, but other relevant platforms will be considered.Business & Functional KnowledgeERP & Financial Applications - While deep ERP expertise isnt required, understanding how ERP data interacts with financial systems (like OneStream) is key.Working with Cross-Functional Teams - The candidate needs to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.Defining Integration Requirements - Must be able to work with stakeholders to define what data needs to be passed from ERP to OneStream and other systems.Future Needs & Growth AreasThe company is looking to scale its use of OneStream, and this role will play a key part in ensuring data flows correctly.Understanding the "data in, data out" process will be increasingly important as more integrations are added.The ability to define and improve integrations between financial applications and ERP will be critical.Ideal Candidate ProfileStrong technical analyst (business systems analyst/systems analyst) who can troubleshoot data issues, APIs, and integration failures.Experience with financial applications and ERP-related data integration.Hands-on with SQL, data querying, and system diagnostics.Experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, or other integration tools.Excellent communication skills to work across business and IT teams to translate requirements.
