Product Manager

Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Product Manager who will utilize specialized product and technical expertise to drive end-to-end discovery, design, testing, and launch phases of messaging product features within the Audiences & Data Enablement team. This opportunity is located in New York, NY! Duties:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market demands and exceed subscriber expectationsAnalyze market trends, define product requirements, and prioritize features that deliver the highest value to usersConduct feature discovery through stakeholder dialogue, analytic synthesis, market research, and leadership input to create a discovery artifactWrite detailed requirements for engineers based on discovery artifacts and collaborate with subject matter experts to design user flows and diagramsProvide real-time support to engineers during the development phase by addressing requirement-related questionsDevelop and execute soft and hard launch plans to drive feature adoptionDocument feature development and active capabilities to enhance daily user engagement and discoveryAnalyze platform and service usage to ensure cost containment and optimal resource utilizationDesired Skills/Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, operations, program management, or a similar role, with a focus on supporting technical product developmentProven track record of leading products with global impact while maintaining a high bar for qualityStrong empathy for user pain points and the ability to collaboratively identify and implement solutionsExceptional requirements and documentation writing skills, with a keen attention to detailHighly analytical and collaborative, with strong technical, strategic, and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal directionEffective verbal and written communicator, comfortable engaging in both business and technical discussions with partnersExperience working in agile methodologies, contributing as a team member or strategic partnerDemonstrated ability to build relationships through influence rather than authorityBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered $41.00 - $59.00 (est. hourly pay rate)
