Job Summary:Our client is seeking an Employee Success Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.Duties:Initial point of contact for employees regarding questions related to HR policies, programs, practices or to resolve issues, own data auditing and integrity, and act as the primary point of contact to partner groups such as Payroll and ITCreate a better employee experience that will change how Employee Success delivers solutionsDeal with highly sensitive and confidential mattersDesired Skills/Experience:1+ years of experience of corporate experienceProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google DocsThirst for growth and ability to drive process improvements utilizing technologyExperience with employment laws and practices for the region they supportExperience with global HR SystemsExperience working across multiple disciplines and geographies in HRExperience working in HR shared services organization for established company is idealStrong organizational skills with a high attention to detailOutstanding time management and communication skillsExceptional customer supportAbility to build relationships at every level of the organizationBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered$13.36 - $19.09 (est. hourly)
