Senior Technical Recruiter

We seek independent Senior Recruiters to help recruit on engineering-related searches across the United States. Over the next year, we will have many engineering searches ranging from Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Design, Automation, and Metallurgical Engineers.REQUIREMENTS:Must have 5+ years of experience recruiting engineers in the United StatesAbility to communicate with engineers and interview them for positionsAbility to work independently to source, screen, and present candidatesMust be open to working as a 1099 independent consultantMust be very professional, high character and able to communicate wellADDITIONAL:We are not seeking partnerships with offshore companies or individuals to work with us. This is a commission-only role.
