We work hard and have fun!We are seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant who will specialize in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If you have a strong background in manufacturing, finance/accounting, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, your skills are highly valuable to us!Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to develop an understanding of their business needs and how Business Central can be integrated to optimize their operations and processes.Successfully implement all phases of the project methodology.Assist in testing Business Central system functionality.Provide continuous end-user training and support following implementation.Build strong customer relationships and gather feedback from management to end-users.Work closely with customer teams to translate customer feedback and requirements into solutions.Characteristics of an Ideal Candidate: Experience in the successful implementation of an ERP system.Strong background in manufacturing, finance/accounting, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain management.Proficiency in basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks.Familiarity with inventory management principles and cost analysis.In-depth knowledge of business processes within organizations, the ability to speak the same language as the customer to recommend best practices.Ability to take initiative and self-direct assignments to meet objectives.Strong problem-solving skills.Certifications/licenses such as CMA, CPA, APICS CPIM or CSCP, Lean Six Sigma are preferred.Why Join Us?
