MUST HAVE:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent industry experience."‹Typically, 15 years of general IT and/or business analyst of IT systems work experience."‹5+ years of experience in the development and deployment of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Large Language Models (LLMs) AI."‹Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face, particularly in fine-tuning and optimizing large language models."‹In-depth knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and multimodal AI systems."‹Proficiency in Python and experience working with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)."‹Strong understanding of model evaluation metrics, optimization techniques, and deployment challenges as related to both end-user adoption and accuracy and trust of AI model results."‹Experience with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) practices for model monitoring, versioning, and continuous integration."‹Experience with large-scale model deployment in production environments, including cloud and hybrid infrastructures.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the development, training, fine-tuning, and optimization of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Large Language Models (LLMs), for various processing and application efficiencies, ensuring high performance and scalability."‹Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data science) to introduce, conceptualize and train generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Large Language Models (LLMs) to gain innovative and efficient approaches to existing corporate processes, as well as aid in product development by providing technical expertise and guidance on best practices."‹Research and retain currency with the latest trends, breakthroughs and best practices in generative AI consumption, use and adoption, particularly in the development and capabilities Artificial Intelligence (AI) Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Large Language Models (LLMs), incorporating new methodologies into the organizations AI strategy."‹Guide end-user discovery, adoption, consultation and adoption toward development and deployment of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Large Language Models (LLMs) AI solutions and configurations, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and organizational security policies."‹Conduct model evaluations and testing of model training and result accuracy, identifying areas for optimization and improvement to ensure models meet both performance and reliability standards."‹Provide mentorship and training to various department members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing related to best methods and proven success practices in training models for greatest success."‹Develop all internal documentation, industry A, best practices, and research papers to contribute to the broader AI community."‹Support the integration of generative AI Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Large Language Models (LLMs) into cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring optimal efficiency with corporate processing as well as detailed insights and guidance with engineering analysis data coupled with manufacturing and energy industry requirements while maintaining security and scalability across platforms."‹Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and academic researchers to further expand the organization's AI capabilities, leveraging the best of, or combination of, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) AI solutions."‹
