Success in this role requires a deep passion for data and technology, coupled with extensive experience. Additionally, candidates must possess a profound understanding of technical data architecture, with the ability to design adaptable solutions, spanning the entire value chain of our clients. A successful candidate should be proficient with SAP BI platforms to extract insightful data and derive meaningful business metrics. Furthermore, you will cultivate relationships with new customers, develop new business opportunities, and continuously adjust our teams' current and future offerings according to market demands.Qualifications:5+ years of technical experience implementing MicroStrategy BI solutionsExperience in backend and frontend development on the MicroStrategy platform in combination with extraction from various data sources (such as SQL databases, AWS, and Snowflake)Profound BI project lifecycle and go-live experienceProject management experience including project planning, task management and prioritization, and release managementExcellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to successfully interact with a wide variety of stakeholdersProfessional appearance with strong customer focus and analytical and structured working attitudeStrong attention to details and ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks with excellent problem-solving abilityWillingness to be based in Atlanta, GA and travel 80-100% Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent educationResponsibilities:Responsible for design, development, go-live and support of MicroStrategy BI projects within an entire IT project lifecycleImplement comprehensive MicroStrategy BI backend/frontend solutions (incl. visualization of appealing reports and executive dashboards)Gather new reporting requirements and design functional and technical architecture solutions to solve business use casesAnalyze existing MicroStrategy BI reporting solutions for improvements and help developing BI strategies for our clientsCreate long term relationships with clients and achieve a strong reputation as a trusted advisor for BI related topicsTake over responsibility as (sub) project team lead and integrate new team membersProvide leadership and mentorship for best practices to other teams, clients and senior managementPercentage of required travel: up to 80-100%Physical requirements:This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with MHP Americas, Inc. However, it is important to note that at MHP, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset.
