They work closely with their clients' C-Suite and Senior Leadership to design, plan and deliver transformation programs, acting ONLY at the senior level, in an advisory capacity.Culturally, the business is people led. They have a strong emphasis on work-life balance (including 30 days PTO), limited travel & flexible/hybrid working, & building lasting relationships both internally and with clients.Owing to their exceptional delivery & senior relationships, 90% of their work comes from repeat clients.
