Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Techno-Functional Lead to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions using Oracle Logistics Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Logistics & Distribution business processes and hands-on experience with OTM Cloud functionality. This role requires a deep understanding of OTM Domain structures, Inbound and Outbound Transportation Planning & Execution, along with the ability to architect business solutions and integrate them with Oracle ERP and WMS Cloud.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients across various industries to analyze business requirements and design Inbound and Outbound Logistics & Distribution solutions using Oracle Logistics Cloud applications.Conduct fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management for Oracle Logistics Cloud applications.Lead client workshops (Conference Room Pilots, Design Reviews, etc.) to gather business requirements and design business processes.Serve as a liaison between functional and technical teams to define solution specifications and resolve functional and technical issues.Contribute to solution development, client proposals, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.Guide and mentor team members while ensuring successful project delivery.Required Skills & Experience:Expertise in Transportation Planning & Execution processes, including Mode Selection, Load Consolidation & Optimization, Multi-stop Planning, Load Tendering, Control Tower, Track & Trace, and Visibility.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management Cloud, including implementation and configuration of Automation Agents.Strong understanding of Oracle APIs for OTM and experience integrating Oracle and non-Oracle systems, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud and Warehouse Management Cloud (EDI, XML).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead client workshops and design discussions.Strong consulting experience, business analysis skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.Preferred Skills:Experience with Oracle PAAS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.7 to 10 years of experience as an IT professional.Minimum of three full life cycle OTM implementations and OTM Cloud certification.Willingness to travel as needed.If you are a highly motivated OTM Cloud expert looking for an opportunity to work on cutting-edge logistics transformation projects, we encourage you to apply!
