IMS EngineerWe are seeking an experienced IMS Engineer with a strong background in Core Network technologies and hands-on expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and orchestration. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in automating, deploying, and managing IMS services, ensuring efficient integration, scaling, and operation in both traditional and cloud-native environments.Qualifications:Proven experience in IMS Core Network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).Familiarity with network orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenStack, NFV).Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, OpenStack, KVM).Solid understanding of IMS protocols, VoLTE/VoWiFi services, and core network elements (MME, HSS, CSCF, PCRF, etc.).Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and containerization.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of 5G core network elements and architecture.Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).Key Responsibilities:Automation of IMS Service Deployment:Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and delivery of IMS network elements (e.g., IMS Core, CSCF, HSS).Ensure consistent, fast, and error-free deployments with minimal manual intervention.Orchestrating IMS Network Functions:Use orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, OpenStack, or similar to manage and automate IMS components and virtualized network functions (VNFs).Handle provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management of IMS services in a cloud-native or virtualized environment.Integration with CI/CD Pipelines:Integrate IMS solutions into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing, validation, and updates.Ensure seamless updates with the latest features, patches, and security improvements.Network Service Automation:Develop automation scripts and tools for IMS service configuration, provisioning, and scaling to meet dynamic network demands.Minimize manual configuration while ensuring operational efficiency and responsiveness.Monitoring and Troubleshooting:Implement automated monitoring and logging systems within CI/CD pipelines to track service performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.Analyze network data to detect bugs and optimize IMS performance.What you didn't know about us:Competitive salaryHealth, Dental and Vision BenefitsLong-Term growth potential401kWith this position, you will get the opportunity to work with a game changing client and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!We are Connectors.
