Senior Project Manager

RETS Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client, the premier retail/office Owner and Developer in Orange County. Their holdings include the largest mall (2.8 MSF) which also has the second highest sales volume ($800 PSF) in California. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing all capital construction projects. The role interfaces directly with Architecture, Leasing, Accounting, Engineering, Government/Community Relations, Tenant Construction and Facilities departments. ResponsibilitiesManage capital projects, including retail tenant improvements and mixed-use developments.Lead pre-design, budgeting, bidding, and value engineering phases.Ensure compliance with ADA, building codes, and agency regulations.Oversee projects exceeding $10M and interface with key internal departments.QualificationsBachelor's in Construction Management or Architecture.15+ years of construction/project management experience, with a focus on retail assets.Proficient in interpreting blueprints, financial reports, and technical/legal documents.Strong communication and leadership skills.This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful projects for a market leader.Salary: $180K - $200K range plus bonus DOE
