Your new companyOur client is currently seeking to hire a high-performing Traveling Senior Superintendent to support leading the build of a 29-story, $210m mixed-use project in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is an iconic project consisting of over 600M sq ft of mixed-use facilities to include 209 high-end residential units, a hotel with 156 rooms, a garage with 200+ parking spaces, some retail units & amenities. Our partnership client is a Top 20, Nationally rated ENR Design Build General Contractor established for almost 100 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premier builder to work on a significant, high-profile project in Indianapolis, Indiana and become part of the traveling team for the Mid-West.Your new roleLead the field operations for a 29-story, $210m Ground up Mixed-use construction project in Indianapolis, IndianaSupport the Senior Project Manager with the field construction effort to ensure it is in alignment with the design, budget & schedule.Develop and strengthen the clients' relationships with subcontracting partners and decision makers at local & regional agency organizationsManage the on-site safety programSchedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performanceManage the schedule and support the project management team with the budgetProvide technical assistance such as interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment and implementing and maintaining tight quality controlWhat youll need to succeedThis position requires at least 10+ years of solid construction experience with recent High-Rise Residential project experience. Design build project experience in the $50m+ range is most attractive. To be successful in this role, you must have very strong technical knowledge of the construction process and strong communication skills to work effectively with your subcontractors and project team.
