CSDG, an award-winning, multi-disciplinary design firm in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Civil Engineering team.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage design teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining quality, schedules, and budgets. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience mentoring team members, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and driving project success.Our project portfolio includes diverse developments, such as corporate headquarters, industrial sites, single family subdivisions, mixed-use communities, and urban infill projects. We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to contribute to our firms continued success.To apply you must be currently living in Nashville, TN or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN."Qualifications:Bachelors degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited programActive Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee or ability to obtainStrong leadership, organizational, and delegation skillsProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3DWorking knowledge of project management software Ajera is a plusStrong design, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience managing schedules, budgets, and project deliverablesAbility to effectively lead and mentor a design teamA self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment"Responsibilities:Team Leadership & DevelopmentManage workload and schedules for the design teamEffectively delegate project design responsibilities to team membersMentor, train, and encourage technical and design employeesEnsure the team has the necessary resources and support to complete their work efficientlyProject Management & CoordinationDevelop a working knowledge of project management tools and resources in AjeraReview project budgets and provide input as neededMaintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress, changes, and challengesCreate project timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence by the design teamIdentify and mitigate potential risks impacting project timelines or qualityAssist with preparing monthly invoices for the projects you manageClient & Stakeholder EngagementLead and coordinate project meetings with clients and regulatory agenciesServe as the primary point of contact between CSDG, clients, and stakeholdersAttend and actively participate in public meetings, representing CSDG and clientsDevelop and enhance relationships with client staff and key decision-makersBusiness Development & Firm GrowthSeek out new projects and client opportunitiesAssist in firm-wide training and development initiativesParticipate in networking events and professional organizations to promote CSDGParticipate in proposal development for new projectsAct as an emissary between team members and firm leadership as needed"Why Join CSDG?At CSDG, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset.
