In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with our mission to advance clean energy technologies and grid modernization.Core ResponsibilitiesProject Governance & Reporting: Streamline PMO processes (budget tracking, risk mitigation, resource planning) and generate actionable insights for leadership through dashboards and executive summaries.Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with technical, operational, and business teams to consolidate data, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain alignment on project milestones.Process Optimization: Implement Agile and Waterfall best practices to enhance project delivery, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and renewable energy sector requirements.Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, forecast expenditures, and analyze financial performance to maximize ROI on energy initiatives (e.g., solar/wind integration, storage systems).Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and document lessons learned to refine future workflows.Key DeliverablesDeliver clear, concise reports on project status, financials, and risks to stakeholders.Maintain up-to-date documentation (project charters, schedules, post-mortem analyses).Support the launch of small-to-mid-scale IT/OT projects, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.QualificationsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros).Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and energy market datasets (ERCOT, CAISO, NYISO).Industry Knowledge:Understanding of renewable energy grid operations, compliance, or decarbonization initiatives.Experience in utilities, cleantech, or power trading environments is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong organizational agility to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.3+ years in PMO roles, IT project coordination, or Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe).Exposure to SDLC, IT infrastructure, or energy-sector projects preferred.
