Project Manager - Infrastructure ServicesContract to Hire | Hybrid (Riverwoods, IL)About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Services team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful delivery of our ongoing technology refresh initiative. You will lead and manage multiple complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management best practices and methodologies.Qualifications:4+ years of experience in Project Management, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.Strong experience with Jira, including JQL and dashboarding.Working knowledge of ServiceNow, including reporting and extracting data for CMDB.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with server builds and decommissioning processes is a plus.
