Architectural Project Manager

A top architecture firm in Boston is seeking an experienced and creative Project Manager with a strong background overseeing the design process with 8+ years of experience in a design firm to join our team. The team is made up of diverse, passionate professionals. They are deeply committed to giving back to the community, regularly engaging in initiatives that make a meaningful impact. This role will work closely with the Principal-in-Charge in the design and management of multi-family housing and/or civic projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and management of multi-family and civic projects from concept to completion.Oversee and coordinate construction drawings, consultant teams, and project documentation.Prepare and deliver client and community presentations.Manage project budgets, contracts, and fee proposals.Provide construction administration and ensure quality control throughout project phases.Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Qualifications:B.Arch or M.Arch degree required.Massachusetts architecture license or ARE exams in progress/completed.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Proven experience in a Project Manager capacity, leading design efforts and overseeing technical execution.Revit/BIM and Adobe Suite experience preferred.If youre ready to take the next step in your career with a growing company, we want to hear from you!
