Project ManagerIndustry: Construction | Building Restoration | FacadesLocation: Queens, New YorkSalary: $100,000 - $150,000The OpportunityA leading construction firm is seeking a Project Manager - Facades to oversee faí§ade restoration and exterior construction projects in New York City. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in faí§ade, ideally restoration. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability, while working closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee faí§ade restoration and exterior projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.Manage project planning, scheduling, and coordination from pre-construction to closeout. Supervise and direct field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications.Conduct site inspections, ensure NYC building code compliance, and address structural integrity concerns.Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to solve technical challenges.Prepare and track project budgets, cost reports, change orders, and client updates.Ensure adherence to safety regulations, implementing best practices to maintain a safe work environment.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in faí§ade restoration, masonry, or exterior construction project management.Strong knowledge of faí§ade restoration, waterproofing, structural repairsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management software (Procore, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, etc.) is a plus.OSHA 30 certification required; NYC DOB Site Safety Manager License preferred.Why ApplyJoin a growing company with a strong reputation in the NYC market.Work on challenging, high-impact projects that shape New York City's skyline.Competitive salary ($100K-$150K) with career growth and leadership opportunities.Supportive leadership with a commitment to employee development.
