Project ManagerIndustry: Construction | Building Restoration | FacadesLocation: Queens, New YorkSalary: $100,000 - $150,000The OpportunityA leading construction firm is seeking a Project Manager - Facades to oversee faí§ade restoration and exterior construction projects in New York City. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in faí§ade, ideally restoration. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability, while working closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee faí§ade restoration and exterior projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.Manage project planning, scheduling, and coordination from pre-construction to closeout.
