Jones Power is seeking a Fleet Operations Administrator to oversee the administrative functions of our vehicle fleet, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and efficient fleet management. This role involves handling vehicle registration, maintenance scheduling, fuel tracking, insurance updates, and data reporting while providing day-to-day support to the Fleet Manager. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Registration & Title ***** Process vehicle registrations and renewals. Maintain accurate vehicle registration records. Maintenance Scheduling & ***** Coordinate vehicle/equipment maintenance schedules with repair shops. Enter and track work orders for repairs and preventative maintenance. Monitor maintenance costs and identify potential issues. Fuel Card ***** Track fuel expenses and troubleshoot fuel card issues. Monitor fuel efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Insurance ***** Maintain vehicle insurance records and update policies as needed. Data Management & ***** Maintain accurate fleet data in a dedicated management system. Generate reports on vehicle/equipment usage, maintenance costs, and other key metrics. Administrative ***** Process invoices related to vehicle/equipment repairs and maintenance. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with fleet management software. Knowledge of vehicle/equipment maintenance procedures and DOT regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional InformationThis position may report to the Fleet Manager, Operations Manager, or another leadership role depending on company structure. Prior experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar field is preferred.
