Strategic Account Manager

FOX 59 and CBS 4 are currently in search of a Strategic Account Manager. This position will play an integral role with the Sales Team and focus primarily on Digital Sales, Digital Media Strategy and Digital Execution.FOX59 and CBS 4 News is owned by Nexstar Media - the country's largest holder of TV stations and represents best-in-class digital products. These include but are not limited to:; OTT & Streaming Platforms; Display; Pre-Roll; SEM; Retargeting; Social Media Marketing; YouTube; various other 3rd party digital productsIf you enjoy selling and implementing digital strategies, keeping up with the latest digital trends and products, and working in a team environment with a highly energetic and motivated sales force, then FOX 59 is where you want to work!PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with Sales Management and Account Executives to generate digital revenueDevelop media strategies for growth based on advertiser goalsPerform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendationsEvaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performanceDigital order entry & updatesLiaises between sales & production teams for developing marketing creative for clients, such as display banners, videos, emails, and other marketing materialAssist sales executives with all aspects of the digital sales process including, but not limited to: Training, Order Entry, Campaign Monitoring and Coordination, Creative Requests, Creative Trafficking, Reporting, & AnalyticsAssist management with aspects of the digital sales operation including, but not limited to: Training, Digital Sales Materials, Campaign pacing, Campaign Coordination, Campaign Performance Metrics, Communication with both internal and external teamsAssists with station contesting and sweepstakesOther duties as assignedSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: BA or BS in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferredFoundational knowledge of various digital marketing strategies including SEM, SEO, Social, Display, Video, OTT, Mobile and Addressable Solutions, Email and Digital Audio IS A MUST. Experience in digital marketing coordination or media sales preferredSignificant knowledge of the local digital marketing services product offering and effective use for clientsMotivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively collaborating in a team environmentExcellent critical thinking & problem-solving skillsAble to multi-task and handle several projects at a time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Design software ability a plus.Experience with Wide Orbit, Monarch, ComScore, Nielsen are a plus.IAB and/or Google AdWords Certification a plus.Automotive & database digital marketing experience is also a plus.Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and collaborating in a team environmentFluency in English; with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.OUR VALUESWe respect our audience, customers, team members and owners.
