Our client, contemporary menswear brand, is looking to hire Assistant Store Manager to join the team at their retail boutique on Madison Avenue. This is a full-time permanent position starting immediately. Candidates must be able to work a 40 hour per week retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.Job Duties **Oversee store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiencySupervise and mentor a team of Sales Associates, providing guidance to achieve sales goals and maintain a high standard of clientellingAssist in the execution of store events, VIP client events, and brand activations to drive engagement and salesSupport with management duties in partnership with Store ManagerAdditional duties as needed and assignedJob Qualifications *3+ years of of experience in luxury retail or high-end contemporary retail spaceExperience in an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor role preferredStrong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with VIP clientelleIn-depth knowledge of luxury fashion marketPassion for delivering outstanding customer service and ability to multi-task effectivelyFlexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the store's schedule as neededAbility to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift**** $55k to $60k annually + commissionWhile PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
