The primary focus of this role is to develop relationships with licensed health insurance brokers and agencies in order to sell our health insurance products for groups of 51-500.Essential Duties And **Following is a summary of the essential functions for this *Target and build relationships with licensed health insurances agents/brokers via phone, email, and in person meetings (leads provided) to sell Allstates small group health insurance productsProspect, execute RFPs, and facilitate the full sales cycleEvaluate agent performance and continually recruit new agentsProvide guidance to agents in developing selling strategies to obtain new and retain existing businessTravel throughout the territory on relevant sales meetings and seminars (20%+)Actively utilize the internal sales tracking system to validate and record sales calls, quotes, and recruited brokersContinually consult with agents throughout the sales processProvide timely communication to agents on product offerings, network changes, rate changes and plan designsObtain a Life/A&H license in state of residence and any other state that the incumbent conducts businessRequired Skills And *The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
